Although Christmas time is our specialty, the whole year
is a hive of activity preparing for our three month busy Christmas
season when our temporary stores open to the public.
Prior to this time, our stock arrives, the "muscles" are flexed and
the despatch process begins. During this time we employ approximately 20 people
who assist with warehouse duties and the running of the stores.

Our close knit team comprises of the following, permanently employed staff members.

Wendy Whatford
(manager) resides in Hamilton but commutes between Hamilton and Auckland overseeing the successful running of the company. From day-to-day her role and appearance changes from the well-groomed executive meeting with clients, to the denim-clad person offloading containers and unpacking boxes. She is certainly an approachable all-rounder. |

Bronywn Thorburn
(sales manager) lives in Auckland and oversees the smooth running of the warehouse and wholesale operation in Ellerslie. Her customers stretch the length of New Zealand as well as island resorts. Her bubbly personality flows during her well-presented charity night demonstrations, which she has facilitated for more than a decade. |

Rose Wescott
Rose oversees the running of the company's Ellerslie store. Rose produces quite a "show" whilst performing demonstrations at the charity nights. She is well rehearsed after doing these for 12 years. |

Tim Chapman
Tim is the company's Administrator. Tim resides in Hamilton and when he is not doing the accounts he is "playing" in the Hamilton store. |

Lynn Raffles
Resides in Auckland and works full time as Warehouse Manager. Lynn is kept busy filling customer orders and generally keeping our stock in order. |

Shelley Bishop
Shelley resides in Hamilton and oversees the marketing and advertising for the company. Shelley is in charge of organising and co-ordinating the well awaited store openings and customer evenings as well as fundraising evenings for community groups. |
 |
Our staff return year after year to work in the temporary stores. This is a compliment
to us as it reflects their willingness and enjoyment to be part of our team.
This is an advantage to our customers as they are served by staff who are familiar
with the products, have a passion for Christmas and look forward to seeing you
